("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://thecurlee.com) ("Website").  By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.  These are provided so that both parties know and agree to this agreement in order to protect each other and to set expectations for our service.  


1. General 

Subject to availability.  We strive to keep accurate inventory on our website. From time to time, however, there may be a shortfall in buying and we will not be able to process all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with the products available and contact you to ask you if you would rather wait for the order to be reordered or if we prefer the refund.  


2. Shipping costs  

The shipping costs are calculated at the time of payment according to the weight, the dimensions and the destination of the items of the order.  The payment for the shipment will be collected with the purchase.  

This price is the final price of the shipping costs for the customer.  


3. Return 

3.1  Returns due to a change of opinion 
THECURLEE will be happy to accept returns due to a change of opinion, provided a return request is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and returned to us. The original packaging is unused and is in resale condition.  


The return is at the expense of the customer and must be taken care of even for the shipping.  
 

Once the return has been received and accepted, the refunds will be processed to save the credit for a future purchase.  We will notify you by e-mail as soon as this is completed.  
 

THECURLEE will refund the value of the returned products, but NOT the value of the shipping costs paid.  


3.2 Return under warranty

THECURLEE will accept all valid warranty claims if an application is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the items.  

Customers must pay the return fee in advance, but we will refund you in the event of a warranty claim.  

Upon receipt of the warranty, you can assume THECURLEE will process your claim within 7 days.  

Once the warranty  

claim has been  confirmed, you have the choice between: (a) refund on your payment method 

(b) refund on credit  

(c) a replacement item that has been sent to you (where available))  


4. Terms of Delivery  

4.1 Land 

transit time Domestic shipments will be processed in the Usually transported 2 to 7 days 


4.2 International  transport International  

orders are usually carried for 4 to 22 days.  This depends heavily on the selected e-mail service.  We are able to offer you a more accurate quote when choosing your courier service at checkout.  


4.3 Delivery time  

Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days after receipt of the order. 

Our warehouse is open from Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays when the warehouse is closed.  In these cases, we strive to keep shipping delays as low as possible.  


4.4 Change of delivery address 

For requests to change the delivery address, we can change the address at any time before shipping the order.  


4.5 Mailbox  

Shipping THECURLEE only ships to PO Box addresses by mail.  We can not offer courier services at these locations.  


4.6 Military 

Shipping Address We are able to send USPS to military addresses.  We can not offer this service via courier services.  

 

4.7  

Out-of-stock   items If an item is out of stock, we expect it to be available before submitting your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved as long as we wait for this item. 


4.8 Delivery time exceeded 

If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so we can investigate.

Follow-Up  of Notifications  During shipment, customers will receive a follow-up link to track the progress of their shipment according to the latest updates provided by the supplier. 


6. Damaged Packages  

During  Transport  If you discover that a package is in transit during shipment damaged, please refuse the courier package if possible and contact our customer service.  If the package was delivered without your presence, contact Customer Service for the following steps. 


7. Customs duties and taxes  

7.1 Sales tax  

As indicated on the website, a sales tax has already been levied on the price of the products.  


7.2 Import duties  

and taxes Import duties and taxes on international shipments may become due upon arrival in the country of destination.  This varies from country to country. THECURLEE recommends that you be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. 

If you refuse to pay the customs duties and taxes on arrival in your destination country, the products will be returned to THECURLEE at the expense of the customer and the value of the products paid will be reimbursed to the customer minus the return fees.  The cost of the first delivery will not be refunded. 


8. Cancellations  

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before shipping the order.  If an order has  already been sent, please read our Refund Policy.  
 


9. Insurance  

packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value indicated by the courier service.  


9.1 Damaged Shipping Package Procedure 

We will make a refund or replacement as soon as the courier service has completed the investigation of the damage.  


9.2 Procedure for loss of parcels during transport 

We will make the refund or replacement as soon as the courier company has carried out an investigation and considers the package lost.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
